Unprofessional. As another poster indicated, very evasive and elusive with estimates. Later, I saw the company car (white SUV with FloForm signage all over it) driving around like an absolute maniac (tailgating, speeding, driving on shoulder) and flipping everybody off. Stay away!

I had booked a time for a quote and upon the in home consultant Brenda’s arrival, what I thought had appeared to be a professional start had really ended up in an experience in which I will never associate with the company again! Brenda from FloForm had arrived to measure our counter space and upon completion I asked for a copy of the quote with specific measurements. She dodged the question twice and then finally responded with “Why do you need it? What do you need this information for, to get other quotes from elsewhere?” I was shocked with her tone of accusation. I simply wanted the measurements to know what I was paying which I suspect to be very reasonable. Even if I were to price compare with other companies, this is a very understandable and fair industry practice. If I were to be spending a significant amount of money I would like to understand the measurements, materials etc. She later told me that this policy of withholding measurement information is instructed by the president which led me to believe that the company as a whole hides information from its customers in hopes to maximize profits or leave you in a difficult situation in which you would need to remeasure everything yourself and still not know in detail the type of work they would be performing. I hate to feel like this but this is what I walked away with and feel terrible after this experience. I have never received such a terrible experience obtaining a quote and it baffles me to know that she had started out the conversation with she has 30 years of experience… On the bright side I am glad I saw this earlier rather than later… I highly do not recommend buyer beware.
